Mobile recharge not done

I made internet mobile recharge through "Paytm", the money deducted from my account and also the mobile recharge sms come from paytm as 34950252, up-till now there is now money in my mobile account, due to this i also harassed as gone out and my one work interrupted badly as i have no balance to call.

Please resolve my issue either they back my money or recharge my phone.
