Our PRI is down from last 2days still it is not working we have mailed to nodal.west, corporate.service, 121@ no response from just they commit it will dn within 4 hr 2hr we have business loss no incoming & outgoing call even though we have dn the payment of previous month continous follow up to C.Care, Site engineer
