Illing after closer of account

I have closed my account in last august due to over billing, I have total demanded amount they demanded before closer of account, also Gave them duly filled form for closer of account/service.

Even though they preferred to continue my account and sending bills, when I am not using the phone. and sending me reminders and advocates notices.
