Threatening phone calls in regards to being arrested if i do not pay them money

I received a phone call from this number and the foreign person identified themself as peter jackson stating i need to call immediately or face possibility of being arrested for not paying a large sum of money i supposedly borrowed. This is a scam do not be fooled. I am reporting them to the ftc.
