Denying offer registration

I am using bsnl for last 4 years.I have activated a message offer last month, its validity is ending 25-12-12, now I can't continue that offer.Im trying to continue my offer so that my 1690 messages will not lapse.I was called a representative, he does not provide any useful information about my query.What will I do? If im not activate it again, my messages and my money will unworthy.Why do they act like this? It is so disguisting, so many customers are already tired of this kind of comics driven by BSNL. Everything I want to say is that I want justice. Please help me to solve this ill-mannerism done by BSNL.
