About 18th October - I got a SMS: "Thank you for subscribing bhavishyavani pack. Will be charged Rs. 1.00/5 Days."(BP-ONMOBL). I checked my call log and I didn't have any outgoing calls or SMSs that could have subscribed for that. Then for the next few days, the service kept charging me Rs. 1 for 1 day. It said: Dial 1255530/1255599 (different numbers in different SMSs) to deactivate.

Now, I dialed that number (on of them) for few times in next few days, and the call just ended without any message or tone. Once on calling that number, it said that this number is for only mobile phones (I was calling using BSNL NOIDA sim: 9458671089)!!!

Other than that I didn't receive any Bhavishyavani SMSs. Instead of those, I was getting BP-OVERSEA SMS, with "shayarees" in it. Then the balance reached to 0. Again when I recharged my phone on 21st November's night, in the morning the balance was deducted by 20 something. I had only Rs. 1.6 left. I tried to call customer care (9412024365/9415024365). But most of the (maybe all) companies charge for only talking to the customer care representative (CCR). Instead of that, the call was charged from the second it got connected. And before I could reach to the CCR, call ended.

Now I can't recharge my phone because I don't know when I'll be able to talk to CCR, and before that the "Pack" could get activated resulting in reduced balance. Lost almost Rs. 50-60.

I want this pack to be deactivated and the amount charged to be refunded, because I didn't receive any bhavishyavani SMSs at all
