I am tired of complaining about reliance customer reps, who are not cooperative at all. never provide solution when called. reps.do not have product knowledge so are unable to resolve any query.it is very hard to reach customer care.even when reached after a lot of trouble.the reps are very rude including the floor managers.this is just a tip of an iceberg.of the harassment to the subscriber.the company is a step ahead of its reps in CHEATING. they deduct money without felling a need to tell the customers of the reasons..every one is hand in glove in this FRAUD..THIS IS WHAT I THINK IF YOU WHAT ME THINK OTHERWISE..GET BACK TO ME AND CLARIFY.THANKING YOU... mentally disturbed customer... p.s you can get back on 9323588969.
