I have requested online for shifting of phone (080-25246235) through http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in on 12th Dec 2012 with service request number 17642512181. The shifting of phone did not happen till 21st Dec 2012.
Then I placed a complaint in BSNL customer care portal on 22nd Dec 2012 with complaint number 17713518022 to know the status of the service request 17642512181. The ticket has been closed, without any comments and resolution.
Hence I walked into BSNL customer care Indiranagar branch to place a manual request for shifting of phone on 26th Dec 2012 with request number 26.
Is there any other way, I can escalate the issue? Could you please look into this issue, and getting it done?
