Regarding Balance

Sir,

I have recharged with top up of Rs 111/- after consulting with customer care. As per call center Rs 111/- is full talk time top up. But only Rs 96/- is credited in my Mobile No-9431757615. Few hours later my talk time was left only Rs 1.21/-. I contacted with customer care executive he lodged complain having complain no-L31JH300455 on 31/12 at 2.04 PM, but till now there is no response from your side.

I sent mail to [email protected], but till now there is no response from there side. When I want to contact to customer care the number is disconnected.
