Company IVR system Cheating Cuatomer by stating wrong information

I have a reliance gsm mobile phone connection while trying to recharge it i went to their IVR system which said that if i recharge with Rs299/- i would get unlimited reliance to reliance free for 30days as well as 300mins free talktime for other operators however when i recharged the Rs299/- package i recieved a msg from the company stating that i will be getting 3000mins free talktime reliance to reliance for 28days and 1GB 3G data for 28days. When i tried communicating with customer care to verify the matter they said the plan no longer existed and no matter what the Ivr said they cannot help me, the executives spoke rudely, they disconnected the line, the denied giving their name or employee Id nor did they let me speak to their manager or senior. Other then this problem reliance also deduct money from my main balance without my consent or without my activating any of their services.

My main concern is the way the customer care executives speak to customers who have problems and also how can a company like reliance falsely advertise to cheat consumers. I have recorded the Ivr Msg of the company for future reference.
