Huge bill for 3 weeks dead phone

Hi we are using bsnl mobile 088852246043. From last 3 weeks onwards the phone was dead.

But u people sent a lot of bill. May I know how to get a detailed bill?

Is there any chance to stop u r people unauthorized usage of customers phone for their self and

Sending the bill to the customers? Why i am saying this one na, my uncle's phone 0885246766 don't have any chance for STD.

U people sent a huge bill and saying lot of STD usage. Without STD usage facility how the customer will use it?

And they activated STD and sent the bill and after enquiring they are saying like this and next day onwards

Again they deactivated STD.

Why u people are charging without giving itemized bill?

May i know how u people send the huge bill for dead phone?
