your prepaid tariff plan is not good, its costly, example: present our call rate per second.

if we do recharge to make low call rate tariff plan India-

FIRST 2 MINUTES will NORMAL CHARGES -after FIRST 2 MINUTES Our call rate will DOWN 1/2 Sec-According to recharge, BUTTTTTTTT WHATEVER WE DO RECHARGE TO MAKE LOW CALL RATE PLAN ALL ARE SAME (FIRST 2 MINUTES NORMAL CHARGES) AFTER 2 MINUTES starts LOW CALL RATE.

so WHAT USE TO RECHARGE Tariff plan???

WE DO NOT PLAN LIKE THIS. plese STOP :1st 2 mins of the day to be charged at 2p/sec.
