MENTAL HARASSMENT / BAD SERVICE/CHEATING BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION

Please Help me,

I’m working in State Bank of Hyderabad, Sapru Marg Branch, Lucknow. The following Sales Representative/ Marketing Executive of Reliance Communications Limited (Mr. Mehtaab Alam – 8009991888/ 9696991888) approached us for Reliance connection during the last week of Nov. 2012.

I, along with my colleagues (Prashant Joshi and Manish Kumar Verma), enquired about Landline-cum-broadband connection. The above representative informed us about the following plan: Landline-cum-broadband facility for total monthly charges of Rs 679 (130 549) Service Charges/ Taxes @ 12.36% per month. We agreed for the above plan. He promised that the Landline-cum-broadband connection would be installed within a few days. The Broadband connection was installed in around 3-4 days, but the landline connection was not installed despite of continuous complaint via email dated 10/12, 15/12 and 20/12.

What is more frustrating/ disheartening is the service (post-sale). The Reliance representative was not receiving calls from either of us. We also tried to contact his superior (Mr. Vikas Dikshit – 9305055057) and informed him about the commitment made/ information given by the Sales Executive and the subsequent problems faced by us. He said that he will look into the matter and inform us. He neither reverted nor picked our calls thereafter. We were extremely disappointed/ dissatisfied with the service, especially the non-fulfillment of promised services.

So, we called the Reliance Customer Care No. at 180030007777 and via email on 20/12 and asked for immediate termination of all services. But intentionally they have not terminated the respective connection. So that I reminded them again for immediate termination of connection via email on 28/12 to avoid next month bill financial loss. We even wrote [email protected] regarding our complaints, problems faced and the inconvenience caused.

However, despite repeated e-mails and calls to Customer Care, our problem was not resolved for over 20 days, even though we were repeatedly told that our problem is being taken on priority and would be resolved within next 2 days. So, we decided to terminate the services finally and made our requests for the same during the last week of December.

The connection has not been removed till date and I have received a bill of Rs 1906.75/-, (including next month bill From 27-11 to 26-01) even though the promised facility was not installed and we were promised a maximum monthly charge of Rs 679 plus applicable taxes. When I have informed for termination of service twice and before 10 Days the why they have given next month bill (27-12 to 26-01). It shows they did it intentionally by not terminating connection after 20-12. I have all copies of emails sent to you.

THIS ALL PROBLEMS AND CHEATING CAUSED ME MENTAL HARASSMENT AND DEPRESSION. Already bear loss of Rs. 1000/- paid by me for Landline cum broadband connection as promised by Reliance Communication. Please help me form this type of mental Harassment and ask for compensation for this mental harassment from Reliance communication.

WE ARE EXTREMELY DISCONTENT WITH THE SERVICES OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION - ESPECIALLY THE FALSE PROMISES MADE OR NON-FULFILLMENT OF PROMISED SERVICES, VERY POOR COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND LEVYING UNNECESSARY CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOR PROVIDED
