Deduction without knowledge for caller tune, internet settings not provided after several call and misbehaviour with abusive languages

This is to inform you that I, Anwesha Ganguly, am a dedicated BSNL prepaid mobile customer, and have been using this number (9432661748) since 2008.The reason of complain are :

1. I have made a recharge of Rs. 51 (net pack) on 15.01.2013 and have been calling customer care for more than 10 times since yesterday in order to get the Internet settings for my handset (HTC Wildfire), but have still not received it yet.

2. In order to bring to their notice that they have still not sent me the settings in spite of calling them innumerable times, I was 'welcomed' with rude behaviour, abusive languages, mockery of myself and they had hung the call on my face without even finishing the conversation.

3. Moreover, during my conversation, they had activated caller tune service intentionally without my knowledge and Rs. 42 (Rs 30 Rs 12) was deducted INTENTIONALLY!!!

Two of the customer executive names as far as I remember are VAISHALI & CHANDAN

I am very disappointed and this is UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING from a renowned and esteemed service provider like BSNL!!!

I am writing to you for necessary action to be taken and provide me the settings and my refund of Rs. 42 and Rs 51 as early as possible. Kindly look in to the matter.
