With out request they cancel VAS.. Please read my review

Hi ALL,

I am using aircel (chennai) for past 6 years in post paid, although the customer service is not nice in post paid so i migrate post paid to pre paid.. After changing pre paid i offered by them

using pocket internet, dialer tunes, star pack for 7 days, 30 days and 30 days respectively. I like this dialer tunes but i don`t like start pack and pocket internet even they offered free.. so i called the customer on 27 of december and request them to cancel the star pack and not to cancel dialer tune, the customer care officer wrongly deactivated the both.. That`s day the tension starts, after that i made complaint about this thing to customer care, they said to solve this problem within 48hrs but it extend still now and not solved.. I called and asked the complaint status atleast 10 times minimum a week but worst service of aircel customer care officer asking problem from day one what happen.. I also request call back from higher officials but no use So my decision is don`t use AIRCEL service...

I heard the Aircel is first in 2008 (Tamilnadu), third in 2009 (Tamilnadu)

If 2010 survey taken then AIRCEL come at last...

This is not my bad experience its

Main city chennai having problem means what are the village side think people think, don`t use aircel service..
