We have a wimax connection, its almost been 20 days and it started worrying the **** out of me. I am running an IT Company, I am facing so much problem with this wimax connection. I have called the S.D.O. Gorakhnath about the problem, but it didn't worked out. I have called the guy who has set up our connection and after like 2 -3 days he came, but he was also unable to resolve the problem. There is no engineer available in the bsnl office to help me out from this situation. Please kindly help me.
