Direct recharge of Rs. 45

Respected Sir/Madam,

on 29 march directly i have received sms that you have sucsessfuly recharge Rs. 45/-, in which i will be benefited for 0.50 paise per second.

I have not requested for that.

On same day I have recharge Rs. 333/- in which i have received 999 minutes free for a month.

There is no benifit by recharge of Rs.45/-.

I had made complain to aircell, (SR # 1-1812557161) still i have not received reply from them.

i had given call to consumer care, visited three times to borivali centre, writen mail to customer care but still not even reply or action.

every time borivali staff says it is not in our hand, please visit after two days.

please look in the matter.
