Hi All,
i have kept compaining to airtel customer care from early 2009 on the network issues in banashankari, hoskote areas, where the signals are always less than 2 lines and most of the time it shows "no service" and unable to make or recieve calls most of the time.
till now airtel is just telling we are installing new towers and giving false promises. when i call the customer care they say we have visitied these areas and dint fine any issues.
but one of the person from network team did visit my place and when checked he clearly told the network is very poor at my locality and he will infrom airtel teams to rectify the issue.
after this survey also i dont see any change...
