Hi,

I want to bring this incident to your attention regarding unwanted sms from your company since last 2 months.

This is reference (mpbile 9717415225) to my complain since last two months and there is no resolve has been taken by customer care as well as nodal officer.

Take strong action to stop unwanted sms as soon as possible...

Dear Mr Sanjay Kumar, I am totally unsatisfied with your reply. I am writing you since long time and you are reply with same useless languages.

Do you think it is my duty to write details of all email daily which i got. I am daily gets 4-5 sms and should i waste my time to write you daily and even i did before but no action has been taken from your side. unwanted sms is still continues... Who is responsible for that you only???

What is solution, even you donot known? then kindly forward this case to your senior supervisor. This is very bad response from airtel company and i am planning to put all this on facebook and orkut that everyone can known about you dual policy.

Soon you Will get a legal notice from side for compansation for sending me unwanted sms.

We would also recommend the following measures to further avoid unwanted

· Do not give out your airtel number unless absolutely necessary.

· Do not fill unnecessary forms at Hotels, Restaurants, Shops, and Malls etc.,

through which your airtel number may get circulated and reach the

telemarketers.

· To ensure that your personal information is not misused, avoid leaving your

number on visiting cards or mentioning it on feedback/subscription forms.

We hope that this response has addressed your query suitably.

Its very shame on you and your company that still i am getting several sms

daily even i have been registered for DND.

It is not excuse that i am getting from another operator, I have airtel

This is continuing with my previous email and still no action has been aken

from your side regarding unwanted sms.

Now i decide to file a complain against your company in consumer court and

naked your cheap policy that unable to stop unwanted sms on my mobile even i

already registered and send you written complain, i will post all this matter

to on FACEBOOK AND ORKUT.
