Complaint against Fraud by Airtel Sales Executive

This is in regards to new broadband connection subscription that was done by me from Airtel's official website. An executive by name Mr. Naval Kishore working with your Authorized Channel Partner- Globus Consultancy and Services in IP extension visited me on 26thJan'2011 and collected INR1800/- cash and INR1899/- as cheque and shared a tarrif enrollment form which has and SEF code 25050 mentioned on the same confirming me that Engineer shall be visiting my residential address on 29thJan'2011. Since then I am unable to contact him on his cellphone no. as given on his visiting card- 91-8750963047.lodged a complaint with customer care on 30thJan'2011 and my complaint reference no. is 42487082. The call that I recieved from Customer care division on 31stJan'2011 took all the details and informed me that this is a fraud and he shall be mailing me the photograph of this person to confirm and forward my request to Airtel Head Office in Okhla Industrial Area.

Unfortunately, I haven't got any call or email after this.
