THERE ARE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WE ARE FACING IN THE AIRTEL SERVICES .FIRSTLY, BEFORE TWO MONTHS WE HAD FOR AN AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION, SHIFTING OF AN EXISTING LINE AND FOR CENTRIX.AS WE WERE GIVING COMPLAINTS EVERY DAY, AFTER ONE MONTH YOUR GUY HAD INSTALLED THE BROADBAND AND EVEN THE TELEPHONE LINE.BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO OUTGOING IN THE LINE GIVEN TO US. SECONDLY THERE WAS NO RESPONSE ABOUT SHIFTING AND CENTRIX LINE . GIVING COMPLAINTS IS BECOME AN EVERYDAY DUTY FOR US. EVEN WE ARE RUNNING A COMPANY LIKE YOU AND WE ARE NOT JOBLESS TO APPLY FOR COMPLAINTS EVERYDAY.WE CHOSE AIRTEL BECAUSE OF ITS SERVICES AND BUT AFTER THESE INCIDENTS WE HAVE LOST HOPE FROM AIRTEL.WE HAVE GIVEN A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ON MAIL AND EVEN BY CALLING CUSTOMER CARE, AND THERE IS NO RESULT THAT IS NO RESPONSE IS GIVEN TO US.

SO, LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE THIS MAJOR PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.SO DONT LET OUR HOPES DOWN AND LIVE UPTO YOUR EXPECTATIONS .WAITING FOR YOUR CALL!!!
