My Name is Adwait Dattatraya Deshpande
I have recieved a fraud bill for the mobile no. 9561100191.
This bill is for some 5000 amount.
There was an agent who had come to me with a plan, and gave me 2 SIM cards. He had taken 2 cheques.
During verification call i had asked to activate only 1 Number. Only one 800 Rs. cheque was deducted from my citibank account.
I am using only one mob. no. which is 9561059675.
The Complaint no i have got from the customer care : 28614072i have raised with Airtel.
I dont know how, but i have recieved a fraud bill for the mobile no. 9561100191 which i NEVER used
I am an extremely unsatisfied customer of Airtel. I have raised some 6 complaints to this effect with no investigation or resolution.
Recently i am getting letters again from airtel.
When this harrasment will stop?
Please look into this ASAP.
