Fraud on postpaid scheme

I want to log a complaint of FRAUD for two cell # 9867204138 & 9867265220.

I had rcvd phone call from airtel # 9867204138 (guy names Adnan from Vashi) offering me Airtel post-paid scheme on 19/03. On 21/03 their boy (same name Adnan cell # 9867265220) came & collected my documents as well as Rs.500/- as security deposite.

But till today this post-paid connection is not activated on my number. Also when I as trying to contact both these guys they are not contactable.

every time when I call on 9867204138 manier times they do not accept my calls even when they accept they use abbusive words & bang the phones down.

9867265220 - always comes swithed off...
