I have subscribe airtel internet plan of Rs98 in which the company claims 2GB downloading in a month as per plan.but from the very first day i am not able to download any content.after facing this problem i complained to customer care121 they assure me to resolve the net problem in 2 days but they didnt.
i call up them again they again asked me for 2 days and the result was same.also theyd cut my customer care line.then also i keep on complaining to them from different numbers of my friends.from that day to till now ie.(12 to 15 days) no one is responding me.
