I had recharged for Rs 52 on 13-03 according to which I am entitled to send free 500 SMS per day for a period of 30 days. This service was not provided and i was being charged Re. 1 per SMS. I therefore lodged a complaint with the Airtel customer service on 15-03 (request reference no. 0315275642). I was assured that the problem would be rectified by 18-03. This problem however continued and i lodged a second complaint on 20-03 (request reference no. 0320314663) and was re-assured that I would get a call on 24-03 and that this problem would be solved. Till date there is no response from neither from the customer service nor anybody from Airtel. I dint expect this kind of service from Airtel which is one of India's leading telecom service providers. Can i seek for compensation? Please help me in solving this issue.
