Airtel has started a big fraud on pre -paid mobile subscribers. For the second time it has debited my a/c for hello tune without my request. Last time they refunded the money . this time i dont know what they will do. They have started another racket.. For getting on to their executive they make you wait foe long period thus adding to your bill as the call is not toll free. I paid R$s 10 for trying to speak to the so called executive
