Fraud deduction from my prepaid card balance

Hi,

My name is Bijal Shah

I am using AirTel prepaid connection past 7 years.

Every month they make unnecessary deduction from my prepaid balance without any prior notification msg.

I have complained several times to the Airtel customer care stating “send prior notice before the deduction but it’s in vain...

On 23rd Jan morning all of sudden my account balance was nil... as the balance was very low (50rs) I did not bother to call and confirm. And on same day I recharged 375 Rs within the span of 2 hours my account was once again nil... this time I called the customer care to confirm the reason, but they were not aware as there system was not updated. On there advice I yet again recharged of 60rs... So that I can at least make outgoing calls... they assured me that they will refund my amount by mid-night... Evn that amount zilch after some time. I waited 3 long days to get my wrongly deducted balance refunded from them.

I am really very disappointed with the kind of handling and hoax that has been done to me
