Misleading the customers against the bill plan

I am using Hutch 444 talk to all plan & a customer of Hutch (Delhi circle). Talk time is free with this plan is 444 RS. Hutch had circulated no. of pumplets.

But now Hutch has changed the plan with out prior notice or informing me. 444 Rs. plan has been converted in to 444 minutes plan. The bills that i have received it is clearly mentioned that the monthly charge that is charging is 444 RS.
