My name is chandra shekher. I have airtel broadband connection (011-43306082).
I disconnected this connection 5-6 months before.
The final amount i submitted to the airtel person who came to me at my office.
He gave me the settlement letter also.
But after then, every month i am continuously getting the call from airtel customer care for due payment.
i send also the scan copy of that settlement letter to "[email protected]" on 15-september as customer care told me.
But today is 25-November and i am still getting the calls from airtel.
The customer care service is also too poor.
They don't have updates on the ticket because they call me twice or thrice in a day.
