After Unsubscribing Airtel is again sending a bill and pressurising to pay a bill for a which we have not been using..
We were using a fixed line for which our account no. was- 13028371 in delhi, but as we've shifted to bangalore, we requested to disconnect our line in the month of august for which our req. no. was 258420 dated 25th august and we also cleared our bill amounting 745 on 7th sep which is reflecting in airtel records. But after 2months again we started recieving messages to clear our bill which was coming as 825 for oct-nov for the number which we were not using as we were not there so we again contacted airtel for the same and they finally gave us one req. no. - 26878570 on 28th nov' 09 and then everything got under control.
but now again the same story has started n we are getting a message to clear the bill of 1768 rupees. kindly help us regarding this matter as its getting difficult for us to close the matter.
