SIR IAM FROM VELLORE IAM HAVING A MOBILE NUMBER 9894941180 AND 9894945990 FROM AIRTEL I WAS USING IT AS POSTPAID NUMBER FOR MORE THAN 5 YRS AND LATER I HAVE CONVERTED TO PREPAID DUE SOME PERSONEL PROBLEM I HAVE NOT USED MY PHONE FOR PAST 3 TO 5 MONTHS I HAD A BAALNCE OF 120 TO 150 RUPEES WHEN I CHECKED NOW THE COMPANY HAS ACTIVATED SOME ALERTS WHERE THEY HAVE CHARGED AND DEDUCTED MY BALANCE THIS IS THE WORST PART WHEN ASKED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE HAVE MADE A REQUEST THIS THE FRAUD HAPPENING AIRTEL KINDLY CUSTOMERS FROM AIRTEL PLEASE CHECK THE ALERTS WHICH THE COMPANY IS ACTIVATING WITOUT ANY INFORMATION TO THE CONSUMERS
