FRAUD AFTER BOOKING A PLAN

I HAD BOOKED A LANDLINE CONNECTION WITH BROADBAND AND IPTV WITH AIRTEL PEOPLE.

I HAD OPTED MAGIC 999 PLAN AND VOICE BILLING CAP LIMITED FOR RS.300/- WITH USAGE UPTO

RS.-FREE.WHEN I GOT MY BILL I FOUND THAT AIRTEL PEOPLE HAVE CHARGED RS.1000.39

WHERE AS THEY SHOULD CHARGE ONLY RS.300.00.ON CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID NO SUCH PLAN HAS BEEN ACTIVATED IN MY NAME YOU WRITE [email protected]

THE SAID CONNECTION WAS SOLD TO ME BY MR. TARUN MISHRA WHOSE MOBILE NO IS 9540485590 HE WHILE BOOKING AND LATERON ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THE SAME PLAN WAS GIVEN.NOW THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMER.EVEN I GOT WELCOME CALL WHERE

I ALSO CONFIRMED THE SAID PLAN.OF RS.300.00 AND THE AGREED.THIS CONNECTION WAS INSTALLED ON 7.2.2011.AND THE PHONE NO IS 01147721145 IN THE NAME OF SHWETA BANSAL.

WHILE SELLING THE PRODUCT THEY TELL YOU THE BENEFITS BUT DO NOT PROVIDE THE SAME.
