I was suffered many times by unauthorized deduction of my prepaid account balance by airtel services.
when i asked to customer care services about that then i was get wrong information . and i sure that it was wrong information
i also talked to senior officer he told that my complain is registered and action would be taken but it was never happened.
I have suffered many times by this situation.
the main story is that on Sunday, 03/04 at near 10 pm i bought a recharge voucher from retailer and i was unable to recharge my account then talked to customer care .he wisely told to tell my secrete code of recharge .i did.he provided the information that my recharge voucher is valid till that time. but shortly when i tried to recharge my account i got that it was used. It mean customer care executive officer used my voucher as no any one know my code.when
this is not big incident but many people getting suffered by this situation so please take action about it
