Wrong information by customer care and fraud in GPRS billing

SMS regarding footbal news was activated, i don't know by whom. I started receiving the SMS since more than a month. I realised some amount is being deducted from my account and called customer care, they said an amount of Rs 1 is deducted for this service and it was activated only 2 days back but the fact is i was receiving this message since more than a month back.

Other problem i faced is the call i receive from airtel regarding some hello tune which i had asked to stop. I started receiving the call again after a week.

The biggest problem i have is with the network connectivity at the place i stay and GPRS internet billing. Its even very hard to explain it.

Will these issue be addressed?
