Air Tel is making wrongful deductions from the available balance of pre-paid customers. In the past also on two occasions I had been wrongly charged for Hello Tune/Panchang.
Today I received a msg in my mobile No.9892380799 thanking for having subscribed to the Matrimony Service whereas I had not subscribed for the facility.
After seeing the msg I had contacted the customer care centre and had lodged a complaint number 4020962992200 following which I received the msg for unsubscription.
However, Mr. Yogesh Kale, customer service execute confirmed during my tel talk that there is no request message from me.
Un-noticed the money gets deducted from the innocent customers and Airtel is making money through these unfair means.
Airtel should stop these unfair means
