Poor service and fake e-recharges

Hello,

my no is 9730757918 airtel prepaid. I have done easy recharge of unlimited sms of rs 67 twice last month.

the recharege which was supposed to be for 1 month time but it hardly works more than 3 days.

CALLING the customer care didn't solve my problem. I feel really bad for airtel for providing such disgusting service. I have received a complaint ID no 954560600.But in vain.
