Charge more on call charges

Hi,

I am using AirtelPrepaid Service. Mobile number 9840692948

My call rate is charged as 1re, which was previously 49ps before using a booster pack.once the validity period of the booster got over they are charging 1re.

First time heni called they took the complaint and promised to refund the amount and it will be done only after 4 working days, till then plan will not be changed.

When I called the customer service again they are responding very badly and say they dont bother in changing the service provider.

The quality of the Airtel Service is becoming very poor day by day. They say call will be transfered to senior person and make wait for a long time and cut the call.
