Airtel charge unnecessarily and make my account nil

Sir,

I am The Owner of mob. no 919760881979. On 3th Dec is continuously received messages in every 5 to 15 sec from airtel which shows i was charged 0.30 paise for something. Due to which my RS 80 balance become nil with in an hour.

Kindly look into the matter and return/recharge my balance as soon as possible.
