Fraud deduction of balance and harrasment by customer care executive

I had called customer care on 10/4/10 (5:45 pm) with a complaint regarding a tariff. The person concerned misbehaved on the phone, and had wrong details of my number. After I hung up, about 25 new services were activated on my phone within 5 minutes, which I had not asked for, leading to a deduction of Rs304 from my account. (My balance before was Rs 276, after wards Rs - 27). I immediately called customer care again (at 6:10 pm), told them about this problem (about deduction of balance), also pointed out that while I was talking to them, several other services were being activated. I was transferred to technical dept, and lodged a complaint there. I was told that since they were unable to load my details at the moment, they could not take immediate action, but would lodge a complaint and take action later, and gave me a date of 12/4/10. When I called today, I was told, no complaint against deduction of balance had been lodged that day, only for non activation of tariff. I have again lodged a complaint today with Airtel.
