Alance deduction without reason and worst customer care service by airtel

Sir,

please register my complaint.

my mobile no is 9725672259..i am using AIRTEL service since 5 years.

from last 15 days, they are deducting my balance 1 rs/2 rs/15 rs etc. without any reason.

on 19/11 i have recharged for 50 rs.after i made outgoing call just for 5 min.

they have deducted 13.80 Rs.

than deducted 10 Rs at 5.00am on 20/11..

than 0.30 rs many times.from that 50 rs i have jst used 3 rs.

and they are doing this evrytime eventhough they dont have reason for this.

i called your customer care executive.he replied that, " there is no services activated on your mobile.and you have not called that i can see.there is not problem from here.we don't know why your balance is being deducted.sorry..

call at 7 in the morning."

and now they have stopped my airtel care service from which i can call airtel complaint center.and they have put me on their blacklist so i can't call them.

please give my deducted balance back and give me permanent solution for this.
