Airtel top-up recharge card

I have purchased a airtel top-up recharge card, worth Rs. 30/- from, "Connection" situated at 234/4a, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kokata - 700020. when i start recharging, a messege appered that this is an used card. Next day i omplained to the store keeper, he told me that he will talk to his representative and askedme to come to next day. on another day, he told me that, they are not finding any voucher for this card is being purchased by them but accepted that they sold ot to me. they refused to give my money back. they doing fraud business over there, plese do take action for it.
