I Shri Rahul D. sawale, Mobile no. 9867799049 and email id. [email protected] would like to state as under. I have been using Airtel prepaid services for more than 3 years. I have been getting calls from airtel service centers for hello tune activation. On knowing this is cut the call without giving any confirmation but still they have charged me for hello tune services and also i have requested to stop my SMS pack for which tey deduct Rs. 1 per day many times but still they have not topped my SMS Pack. I have got a complaint No. 1115764497 long back and also i have requested by sending sms to the customer centre and also given complaints on 198 complaint number regarding this but still they havent stopped my SMS pack. Today (13/02) they have deducted Rs. 15/- as my hello tune charges and they claim that there system shows that i have given confirmation but i have directly cut the call and have not given any confirmation for Hello tune activation. Please help me to get compensation from Airtel India.
