PLEASE DONT HELP ME...

I MAY SOUND RUDE BUT TO YOUR UTTER SURPRISE I HV STARTED WRITING THE COMPLAINTS SINCE 29TH OF MARCH. THE MOTONOUS REPLY HAD MADE ME SICK. MY TRANS ID NO. IS 696572804 REGARDING RS.21/- UNLIMITED SMS PACK. U ONLY TELL ME WHETHER THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED OR NOT. IF NOT PLEASE DONT GIVE ME ANOTHER SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER. TODAY IS 4TH OF APRIL ALMOST 8 DAYS. MY MONEY IS IN VAIN. AND RS.1/- IS STILL DEDUCTING IF I AM SENDING SMS.

i am astonished by your reply. What do you mean by on or before 05.04.10. what

about the lapse period of 28.04.10 to the dates when u will take suitable

action. u should have proper reply and should act on the services as quickly as

possible.

because airtel never keeps its promises to the customers regarding service

provides. it takes enormous time to resolve any matter. i am an old customer

and i dont think i will much time to switch over to any other services leaving

AIRTEL. it is competitive market.

even your GPRS is running very slowly. this is the complaint from my friend who

is using your GPRS.

i want immediate action on this issue.

my mobile no. is 9934127817.

it is the shocking episode with me. I hv recharge with Rs. 21 on 28.03.10 at

11:27 AM for unlimited STD pack. to my utter surprise again after sending

message Rs.1 was cut. thus that day total Rs.3/- was deducted from my a/c. is

my no. hv any problem or it is not suppose to hv any facility for availing the

services provided by Airtel.

again and again i am coming with the same problem. inspite of your promise last

times money was also not refuded. and so far the network problem is also not

sorted out.

i am unable to understand wat has to be done. kindly help me. tell me whether i

can use this sms pack or not. hope to get the reply soon. and pls dont tell me

that u r going to take 24 hrs for this complain to solve the problem.
