I have a prepaid mobile sim card number with Vodafone. When I got the number they had asked me to provide all my ID proof and so I provided them with my Drivers licence photo copy and one photo. I have had the number for around 2 weeks now and within this time they have deactivated my number 3 times and have asked me to submit my drivers licence number which i did 3 times and still my number is not active. I have important call to attend all day long its not the money its the inconvenience and its been a nightmare as the customer service of Vodafone is the worst I have experienced in the world. My number has still not been activated and there is nobody at Vodafone that can help me my balance on the card is over Rs 900 and the number is not active. I will never in my life use Vodafone service after this problem and would like to suggest that nobody does too. My number is 91 8980966831 and my email ID: [email protected].
