Immediate Tips :
1) Call Companies' Customer care or Given Number on the product.
2) Ask them how to formally lodge complaint against them.
3) Write to them (on paper, not through mail) and send them to their office (via registered post) directly to their Consumer Redressal Cell. Give them a time period to resolve your problem, or else you would lodge a compliant in your local Consumer Court of India.
4) Do not use slang's, or lose your patience because it wont help.
4) If it is resolved, OK, or simply lodge a complaint. Trust me its very easy.
5) And if the product is from any central Govt or State Govt product, file a RTI case. Its simple, effective and has sure outcome.
