Well I just received a call from this company which called itself the All India Mobile Database located in New Delhi. I think these guys are running a call center in Delhi itself and are using an outbound number to call people in the middle of the night and disturbing them. I don't think these guys are govt. authorized and I don't know how they got my number. I spoke to this guy Sameer sen from their team and he doesn't even recognize the number he was calling from. Something is seriously wrong here. I asked for their website and he said it is allindiadatabase.com (its authenticity being unclear)
