Reliance Data Card bill without usage

I am copying the detail of mails sent to them (Relinace Broadband Services: data card division),

Please help me as i made 4 payments without usage of the Data card more than 7-10 days, they are asking & threating me for the payment everytime with false bills, as i didn't use the data card in last few months (1-2 months or more) even though the bills are coming, as in 4 months time, hardly the card was working for a week or more.

Now after giving n-number of complain to /executive via phone mail or in the meeting nothing happened..

Details are mentioned below.

FYI..please read the belwo mails sent by me to Reliance infocom.

even after that, i ddn't get any reply over the same & I have alraedy given a Payment of :

1) Rs.353/- (approx) 1st payment

2) Rs.1100/- 2nd payment

3) Rs.700/- 3rd payment

4) Rs.1000/- 4rth payment

Now tell me i have not been using your Dtata card: Subscriber Number

I am paying your bill on monthly basis, why you are not giving me so much pen? as the Data card active period was less than 2-3 weeks in total, then why should i pay, As i told customer care officer/ the sales person/the Payment pick up boy to terminate the connection of my Data card, but no body listioned that, now i have to proceed legally if no one in hearing my plea.

So, please get it 'done at the soonest else, Kindly do the needful ASAP.

FYI... I am Reliance Data Card customer since the Luanch of the Data card 4-5 years back, Mr. Alok : 09311199655, has given this data card 2 months back with some promise & commitments offered in the package, but i would like to tell you that i am getting n-number of problems since the actiavtion of this no... more or less more than half of the time it was disconnected, & when ever i called him he was out of reach & saying i will be coming meeting you today/Trw ...& his today & trw never comes.

bcz of this data card i gave him few more leads also, he succesfully got the same, he said the connection your are getting it for a day plan (1gb day & 10 gb Night), now tell me what i have done wrong if used the same accordingly? Even thohugh whenver i called him he said don't worry i will help you in getting the reimbursement, but till date he has not givevn any proof of that & he never had a meeting post selling.

Most important he lied in the begning also, no body has visited my residence for enquiry, he said no body was at your home so the equiry people have given the -ve feedback, i tell you somebody is always there at my residence, when i was supposed to make a trip, the data card got disconnected & he siad i can't do anything, that day i called him 27 times in 2&1/2 hrs, but he was not at all in supportive mood.

I would like to ask you that is this the service or support you people are giving? I got n-number of calls for payment request, but you tell me i bought this for a cause, against thaat i got endless pen from Reliance because of your staff, how could i pay now for getting no connection on time & support as well.

This is the first time when i felt the Reliance pre sell service is pathetic

Plssssssssssss think at once in putting you in place of me & tell me the way to conclude this at the soonest, i am still using your data card (03 ) & with that we are also a corpoarte client of Reliance Info, where we are giving you in lacs per anm to Reliance Infocom, So think at once before replying me & hope you will reply me in a positive manner.
