Stop out going calls in prepaid connection

Dear sir

we wish to conform you that i am your existing customer.seven days before i am changed my plan post paid to prepaid. But three days before your concern stop my outgoing calls after that i gave original documents to your excutive (Mr prachit). I sumit the document on dated 25-01-10.But till date no outgoing calls are started.

please solve the problem.i have ten numer 9212767622 to 31 which i take in the name of Anukaran Ind Spares Mfg Co.
