My problem was &&- I recharged my mobile with 500/- on 30/10 so in my mobile bsnl to bsnl local & STD both are free, but suddenly on 27/11 night when I was calling one BSNL STD no in Jharkhand, bsnl wrongly deduct my call charge 1.20 per min which is free for me actually... total 61/- ...
