Hi Sir,
This is complaint against Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., 302, Regency House, 680, omajiguda Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh 500082, Ph:040 23404556 for their pathetic customer service, rude Accountant, and cheating us.
First off all i booked Flight Tickets to and fro (Kolkata to Agartala) from Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. on 1st of April For 5members it cost me Rs.37, 372/-. So i have paid net cash of Rs.37, 000/- and remaning by SBH Debit Card, First time they swiped my card and i entered PIN and the transaction was made but i dint get any recipt and that person said this card dosnt have sufficent balance So, i given my another ANDHRA BANK DEBIT CARD and finally i got transcation recipt of Rs.372/-. When i came home and i checked my account, I come to know that they made two times transaction of Rs.372 372/- when i went to them they staring arguing and finally they accepted and they told me that they refund my money Rs.372/- in 2days but till now i dint get any response from them, when ever i call's them they tell only one thing it takes time to solve your problem.
I can't understand which type of service they provide.
Please tell me what action shall I take against Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., I need a strong answer from the "Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd." for that unsatisfactory work and I demand compensation for wasting my precious time & money. If i do not get proper response from the concern, I will be bound to knock The respectable Indian Constitution.
